Are you a New Graduate Speech Pathologist looking for a supportive NDIS role with variety, mentoring and genuine flexibility? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing allied health provider delivering NDIS services across Mandurah, South of River and North Perth. The team is known for being supportive, practical and non-corporate, with a strong focus on clinician wellbeing and retention. You’ll work across clinic and community settings, with access to consulting rooms alongside GP practices and outreach options depending on your preferred base. The caseload is varied and meaningful, supporting clients aged 9 and above, with an approximate mix of 60% adults and 40% children. What you’ll be doing: Supporting clients with functional communication Delivering therapy across clinic and community settings Working with adults and school-aged clients Supporting social communication, language and literacy goals Providing AAC support where appropriate Completing NDIS reporting and documentation Supporting dysphagia screening where trained and appropriate Why this role?
